As soon as we receive your returned item, we will initiate a refund. If you cancel an order before we process it, we will refund the item as well as the shipping cost. If you are requesting a refund for a product that arrived damaged/defective, we will request pictures for verification up to 2 days after it has been delivered to your address by USPS.
